Terms and Conditions for Interrail x Smyle Super Summer Competition
Article 1: General
1.1. In case of any contradiction between these terms and conditions and the standard terms and conditions applicable to regular giveaways, the terms and conditions specific to the Interrail x Smyle Super Summer Competition will prevail.1.2. Standard product terms and conditions apply to the use of the Interrail Global Pass.1.3. The competition is open to all natural persons aged 16 years or older at the time of entering the competition. Employees of Eurail B.V., Smyle B.V., their relatives, sponsors, or other persons directly related to Eurail and Smyle are excluded from participation.1.4. Share the competition post in their Instagram story.
Article 2: Prizes
2.1. The prize consists of:
Two Interrail Global Passes for 1 month with 7 travel days.
One Smyle Super Bundle. The total combined value of the prize is approximately €1000.
2.2. The prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be transferred to commercial or professional resellers and/or ticket brokers. Winners may not offer the prizes for sale and/or sell them publicly, in particular at auctions or online resale platforms not expressly authorized by Interrail or Smyle.2.3. Winners are not allowed to use the prizes to advertise or promote any entity, product, or service.
Article 3: Winner Selection and Notification
3.1. The competition closes on Friday, 19th of July.
3.2. Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
3.3. Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within 7 days of the competition closing date. Winners must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this time frame, another winner will be selected.
Article 4: Liability
4.1. Interrail and Smyle B.V. are not responsible for any damage, loss, or disappointment suffered by any person participating in the competition or as a result of accepting the prize.
4.2. Interrail and Smyle B.V. are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, or at any website, or any combination of these, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the competition.
Article 5: Personal Data
5.1. Personal data provided during the participation in the competition will be processed in accordance with Dutch Data Protection law.
5.2. The personal data shared with Eurail B.V. and Smyle B.V. will be used to manage the competition, including contacting winners and distributing the prizes.
5.3. By entering the competition, participants consent to their personal data being used for these purposes.
Article 6: Miscellaneous
6.1. Interrail and Smyle B.V. reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
6.2. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Interrail and Smyle B.V.
6.3. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Dutch law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
6.4. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or any other social network. You are providing your information to Eurail B.V. and Smyle B.V. and not to any other party.
